We serve people in need across Mokokchung and Nagaland. From counselling and child care to disability support and new digital skill training, we help open paths to a better life.
Who We Are
A non-profit organisation based in Mokokchung, working with vulnerable communities since 1995.
Care and Support Society is a registered non-governmental organisation. We started in 1995 and received formal registration in 2001 under the Societies Registration Act. We focus on practical help for children, people living with HIV, persons with disabilities, women and families in need.
Our team runs counselling centres, a children home, targeted support programmes and vocational training. We also work with the Nagaland State AIDS Control Society and other partners to reach more people.

Our Mission
To provide care and support to children, people with disabilities, families and those affected by HIV in our community. At the same time, we teach practical digital skills such as photo and video editing, content creation and the use of AI tools so people can find new ways to earn and grow.

What We Do

Children Home
Safe home and care for children in need, including orphans and those affected by HIV.
Family Counselling
Support and counselling for women and children facing family and personal challenges.
Mobile ICTC & HIV Support
Counselling, testing links and care for people living with HIV, including targeted work with injecting drug users.
Disability Support (CBR)
Community-based rehabilitation and a training centre that helps persons with disabilities learn skills and earn.
Childline 1098
Emergency helpline and support for children in distress, in partnership with Childline India Foundation.
Youth Health Centre
CiTY BARN centre offering confidential health information, counselling and links to care for young people.
Digital Skills for New Careers
We are expanding our work to teach practical digital skills that help people start new kinds of work in their own communities.
These skills open doors to freelance work, local media, small business promotion and better job options. We aim to make the training practical and open to youth, women and persons with disabilities.
